Anyone here with limiting ankle/leg injuries?

I severely broke my ankle a year ago, and I am still struggling with my limitations and ROM. I can't run and can't do a lot of things in yoga or aerobics. The stationary bike has been my primary mode of exercise on this journey. I have been walking a couple times a week and got up to a mile last week with some pain that didn't last more than a day.

If anyone else struggles with some physical limitations like this, feel free to add me. We can do it!
