I am having extra acne since I started eating healthy three months ago. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you also exercising? It might be from sweating more if you are exercising more.0

Acne can be caused by a lot of things and i doubt that it's because you are putting GOOD things in your body :huh:0

YES! I've always had fairly good skin but I have been breaking out ever since I started eating right (before I even started exercising). Makes no sense!0

Yes, I am. That could be it. I was wondering if it could be that my hair has more healthy oil that gets on my face from my pillow, lol.0

Could be caused my hormonal changes brought on by eating healthier? If so, should settle down after a while.0

Sounds like a good detox.0

I'm glad it's not just me!0 -
My skin got worse before it got better when I started eating better.
Either way, could be a number of things, don't stop eating healthy lol.0 -

Dont know if you have PCOS or some other imbalance of hormones, but as you lose weight hormones do change. Some one also mentioned exercising more. Are you doing the same skin care routine?0

Your skins is your largest organ so to speak and often when your body starts to "detox" itself, it will come out through your skin as well as being eliminated through the normal channels.0

It's the same skin care routine. I guess it is just a detox of sorts. I hope it regulates soon :blushing:0
