Hmmm... If I can't find something the way I like to record it, I adjust or add a new entry. I don't care if there are ten entries for a box of shells & cheese. I know that I eat 1/3 of a box because of the way I serve it to my family of three. Calories are not an exact science anyway.

LOL! I just checked, and the weight listed is 135. That is twenty pounds less than my goal of 155. I was super skinny when we moved back to our state eight years ago, and they don't require you to update your DL stats for an insane number of years.

I'm 37, 5'7", 165lbs and eat at least 1450 a day. I eat more if I exercise (I always keep my "net" calories above 1200). Oh, that sounds terrible! I'm sorry for all of your troubles right now! Replace the potato chips with something healthy like fruits and veggies. I like celery and cucumber to munch on. I find that I can satisfy my stress munchies in a good way if I am prepared with a healthy option. Preparation is key.

I don't cheat, I plan ahead (by logging ahead in MFP) so I can fit those things into my daily calorie goal. Sometimes I just have a sliver of cake, etc. if I didn't plan ahead for it, and sometimes I go over my calories for the day (which isn't a big deal if it is just every once in awhile).
