I've been biking my miles so far, and I use maps.google.com. I think most treadmills and elipticals also tell you how far you've gone. If you walk in your neighborhood, you could still use google maps to figure out how far you've walked.

I'm planning to go all the way to Mordor, too. I've just broken it down into smaller sections like on th Eowyn challenge. I think that when I get to Rivendell, I'll make a new ticker which shows miles from Rivendell to Lothlorien and display that in my signature, too. Then once I get to Lothlorien, add another ticker…

Day 30 done! This means my 2nd round of the 30 day shred is completed. I've shredded or 60 days! Whoo hoo!

Done with day 29. Tomorrow is the last day for me. Whoo hoo!

Passed Farmer Maggot's and am spending the night in Crickhollow.

Day 27 completed ... on the home stretch!

Day 26 done. Only 4 more days!

Completed day 24 on Saturday, day 25 today.

This is the way I've done level 1 this whole round (this is my 2nd time of doing the 30 day shred). I actually enjoy doing it with weights better. Day 23 done. Yippee! And my wrist doesn't hurt anymore today. :)

Finished day 22 today. For some odd reason, my wrist hurt when I woke up this morning, but the shred moves didn't aggravate it. Don't think I hurt it exercising, but not sure why it's sore.

Just over 43 miles travelled. Saw elves today!

My Hubby and I do the 30 DS together. He uses heavier weights than I do. We finished 30 days of it (but he didn't start doing it with me til day 10), and now are on day 17 of our second round of it. I am seeing more of a difference in myself than he is in himself, but I have 45-50 lbs to lose, and he only needs to lose…
