Sit ups and crunches will create muscle but they will not get rid of fat. Cardio is the best all over fat burner. The sit ups or crunches are good for toning the area after you lose the fat. Good luck. It is my problem area too. And I've had two children...so not sure that it will ever be the same. :ohwell:

Eat slowly. It takes 15 minutes for your brain to register that you are full. Also, drink lots of water while you eat. It will help fill you up.

Yes...Fiber does bloat you. I have also noticed that carbohydrates bloat me as well. A low carb diet helps me curb the bloating.

How much sodium are you taking in? Do you log your calories on here? If so, look at your report. You shouldn't be taking in more than 2500 mg a day. Sodium causes your cells to suck in water.
