My goal is to run a half marathon September 27th. :smiley: I completed the Tely10 in July with my best time yet so I want to try something harder.

I run outside as much as I can. Trails along the beach are my favorite. I do the treadmill when I have to but I don't feel like it is as much of a workout because I can't run as fast outside. :p

I have the same problem at my house. The big issue for me is evening snacks. My hubby goes for chips and bars and has them on hand and then the kids want them too. He is just not interested in making changes. I wish we were on the same page. I'm hoping eventually he will follow my lead. We'll see. Wish me luck. :)

I was feeling like that yesterday. I hate that feeling. I feel like because it is such hard work to stick with it the hard work should pay off FAST!! Today is Monday though. Always a good day to start fresh. Hang in. Slow and steady wins the race!

I agree on the not eating enough. You have to eat back the calories you burn during exercise to keep your metabolism running properly. It took me a while to trust that....but it works for me. I eat my calories back and I still loose. Try it..you'll feel a lot better too. You must be feeling run down trying to work out on…
