I've been so lacking but I made up for it this morning with 300 jumping jacks - 100jj before lvl2 of 30ds then after 200 more jj So right now I'm up to 800jj - Yeah me!!! I really need to do them daily~ How everybody doing?

hey I have not check in but I'm on track Nov 1 -0 Nov 2-100 Nov 3-200 I usually begin my workout with level 2 of the 30DS then I do my jumping jacks followed by 3 -4 sets (8) dips off my steps then I go for a 30 walk/run on the treadmill - my goal is really to burn 500 calories per day - but I'm not there yet only 488 or…

funny I don't do the banana either too sweet and I can have a filling snack for that - but the spinach it marvelous- I love it it looks like a pistachio milkshake.....my favorite!!!! I add flax seed but I've been cheating the canned pumpkin - really good and low in calories....

funny i did it in 34 days along with cardio as well....but I think you should really listen to your body - I thought I heard dr's say get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise.... but really listen to your body......I'm on my second round!!!!

I had results - 3.5 lbs and total of 8 inches lost but it also jumped started my weight loss because I was losing really slow and now finally a pound a week - good luck and don't give up!

I just complete the shred and I'm going for a second round but only level 2 or 3 for another 30 days - so I can master all the moves...then I plan to move on to one of her other videos

Yes I finished and this morning I pushed so hard on every exercise - I burned 273 calories then I jumped on the treadmill for 20 mins and burned another 200 cals - but I ran for 5 min straight on an 8 incline @ 5.0 - for this I'm proud I'm going to post my results on the sheet now! Yes I have heard of SMART goals we have to use them at my workplace when we're working on our yearly review....funny I've only applied this stratergy to work - I will keep this in mind!!!!

I used to prepare my meal at night for the next day - so when you get home by 7 ish I would start then and set the clock to wake up and turn off - then you have lunch for the next day and dinner:bigsmile:
