I really like to mix fresh berries with low fat ricotta cheese and a little bit of honey. Tastes really good and is pretty low calorie :)

Pop - Coke is my absolute favorite, but its gotta go! Coffee - for the most part. I have the occaisional small Starbucks, but I've switched to green tea instead Cheese - I will eat it RARELY but I don't think having it as a part of my daily diet does me any favors

Turkey breast, spinach, cucumber, and cranberry honey mustard (1 tsp) on a whole wheat FlatOut FoldIt pita. Apple as a side. Feel full and it was yummy! Total calorie count was under 254 :)
