I really wouldnt worry about it too much, you've got the rest of the week to put things right, eat healthily, get some exercise in and drink, drink, drink plenty of water, you'll be fine. Take care

Sorry to hear youve got the Monday blues. As others have said, your still loosing lb a week, slow and steady is the way to go. Have you tried taking your measurements? sometimes when weight loss is slow it means your body is changing shape and you are probably loosing inches. Good luck, youre doing so well.

I lost most of my weight by sticking to 1200-1400 cals per day and walking to and from work each day, approx 3miles, it worked at first, but recently the weight loss has slowed right down, I've now joined a gym and work out and do classes approx 3 times a week, now I'm seeing changes in by body shape. I have the Polar H6, which I really like, I'm not sure if it would be any good for water sports as it links to my IPhone instead of having to wear a Polar watch. My OH has the FT7, that's also very good, he uses it for swimming as well as running and cycling.

I eat very little bread, potatoes and pasta, I still eat plenty of fruit and veg even though they can be high in carbs. Instead of a sandwich for lunch I will have a salad or rice cakes, for my main meal I eat rice noodles, cous cous or bulgar wheat instead of pasta and potatoes. I've noticed my tummy is far less bloated.…

You've done an amazing job, you should be so proud. I've lost 18 lbs in a similar time, I've just started doing the 30 day shred, I hope I see results like yours. I've decided it's not just watching calories now, it's exercise I need to do to change my body shape and get rid of my muffin top.
