Hello, Mum of 1 plus 2 step children, I lost weight on here before, but most of it has gone back on, I started back on here just a few days ago, feel free to add me.

I lost the majority of my weight in the beginning by watching what I ate and walking, I did't go to the gym or do any exercise classes. Good luck

I stopped drinking coke a while ago, I mainly drink sparkling water now. For 2017 I want to try and cut back on the amount of tea I drink with milk and try and drink more still water or herbal tea. Good luck, we can do this.

Thank you for adding the informative link, maybe I shouldn't have jumped in and purchased the kit so quickly. I'm currently doing the C25k, tomorrow I'll be doing wk6 day2, I'd say take it easy, don't give up if you have a bad day, if you need to repeat a day/week and just keep going. I weigh myself most mornings, I dont let it ruin my day, just use it as a tool to keep me on track, I know my weigh fluctuates by 3lbs, if it goes higher than that I know I have to be really good or a few days.
