Goal - Maintain w/ recomp, maybe drop or gain a bit more but at this point I'm not fussed. Not so much about the number anymore but the measurements. Waist is 28 in, I want 26 in.0 -
You are a bit like me Drey but younger. I am 54 with 2 grown men, 5 ft 4ins, started at 78 kgs, now 60 kgs and trying to maintain. My waist is 27 inches. I hate exercise but yesterday I bought one of those pull down bars for my abs which I found great one time previously.0

The last time I had my body fat percentage taken I was at 23% (quite a while ago) and I'm really working on getting that down. I really hope to get everything done BEFORE I leave for bootcamp!

Hello again. I am 51 years old and currently weigh 140 pounds. I am 5'-5-1/2" tall. My ultimate goal would be 130#. Who recognizes me as a 'twin'? I live in San Diego. My 'twin' could be older or younger-doesn't matter to me.
heaviest I've been close to 160# and also down to 115# in high school (anorexic)
