I got off track for a few days. Still had 3 days left of Level 2 but couldn't bring myself to do it so I skipped to Level 3. Level 3 is SO much better. I was really hating level 2!! Almost Done

I am down 1.6 lbs. Not going to do measurements for a little while. I am still going strong with C25K and JM 30DS. Have had several people comment on my weight loss so that is always a good thing.

Today was day 7 for me. I have to say it was my easiest one so far! don't get me wrong, it was still HARD but i felt that I got through it a little easier. I think I may up my weights for they last few days of level one.
