I love (most) of these replies! Yes, if you've got the passion and energy for Zumba then do it! I am an avid Zumba-er and I could care less who my instructor is just as long as he/she has some good moves and positive energy. Go for it!

What types of foods have you been eating since going off the gluten? Any "gluten free" products? That might cause a problem... I would also suggest taking a pro-biotic in the initial stages.

Friend request sent! I'm 45 and at was at my heaviest last year, lost about 20lbs, but then got stagnant from last Oct-now. I've got about 40 more to lose. I'm determined to make it happen by the end of this year!
