My polar is all set correctly. I have been doing shred and aerobics, must be working hard I was sick after shred yesterday, trying to push harder everyday.

I'm halfway through 30ds, I can feel a difference in my fitness, and I enjoy it. . I tried burn fat boost metabolism on you tube decided to do shred 1st. Level 1 of shred is on you tube, you could look through youtube and try some before deciding. I would recommend shred.

I just made this, I used I tin chickpeas, 2 chicken breasts, 2 big peppers and mushrooms came in at 200 a serving, it was gorgeous

I'm 5'1 and I weigh 111lb I'm toned I dont lift, I'm a uk size 6-8 us 2-4 I think 108lb is low especially if your lifting weights.

Thanks. I tried banish fat boost metabolism a few weeks ago and it was so tough I couldn't finish it, think my stamina is increasing so will try again
