My net cal burn from my hr is a lot higher than mfp shows. Should I log net burn or the standard mfp cals? I use a polar and chest strap
I completed day 5 of 30 day shred, I still felt ready for more after it so I did it twice in a row, should I finish level 1 and add in something else with it, move to level 2 or change to a longer workout?
