Hi Tamara. I am Jeff. I also am in need of encouragement and accountability. I had lost around 30 lbs last year, but i have gained it all back. I am a stress eater. Just this last week I decided i need to make a change immediately. I feel miserable most days. I want to feel like I did last year.

i have only had my fitbit flex for a couple days. So far so good. it seems to keep me more motivated. I log everything on mfp app on my phone. i really like how it syncs up when i get near my pc. I wish it would sync up to my windows phone:( But overall I am glad I made the purchase. I wish you great success with yours:)

I have the same problem on the weekends. I grab an apple or an orange when I have cravings as well as lots of water. Good luck to you.:smile:
