Hi my name is Tamara, I am christian girl who lost 100 lbs. I was in an accident 3 years ago September 28th and changed my life forever. Meds that made me gain 40 lbs I am back .I don't have a disability but new abilities. I am in need of friends to encourage me and keep me accountable.

    Hi Tamara. I am Jeff. I also am in need of encouragement and accountability. I had lost around 30 lbs last year, but i have gained it all back. I am a stress eater. Just this last week I decided i need to make a change immediately. I feel miserable most days. I want to feel like I did last year.
