There's a book by Robb Wolf that touches on your sleep and digestive problems and the whole Paleo nutrition. After reading his book I have changed my diet, on day 11 now, and want to change my whole household as well. Good luck!

Do cardio videos sitting down...as long as your moving your arms a WHOLE lot your still getting your heart rate up. Also you can do the stationary cycle if you have access to one...Good Luck!
