Hello everyone, I'm back, my laptop is broken so I'm using my phone which is a little inconvenient. For the month of march, I had a total loss of 9.4lbs. Very excited about that, I am now trying to make the switch to a vegan lifestyle. Any other vegans out there?

Zena, You mostly have to find your motivation from within. Although, maybe you can start off doing something small like walking? Then keep building up, you will eventually get to the point where you will want to do it! Getting a workout buddy might help as well, someone who you can really count on. I hope you find…

Hi Jolande, I also have pretty bad asthma and have struggled with it my whole life. The steroids are awful, I am sorry you have to go through that. 61 pounds is attainable! Don't let anyone get you down. Just do what you can and forget everything else. I started at 185 and want to be 135, so we are in the same boat. My…

Hello all and happy weekend! So this week started out terrible, working 13 hours and then Monday I binged on thin mints. BUT I made up for it and ran my *kitten* of this week. I ran a 10k on the treadmill for the first time in my life, so that was pretty amazing. I am getting very anxous for spring and ready to try running…

This got me to the 10 pounds lost mark, I tried to be excited about it but I couldn't help but be a tiny bit dissapointed because I was hoping to lose a full 2 pounds. I am keeping my spirits up because I am now down to 174 which is only 6 pounds aways…

Good Afternoon! I am feeling awesome today, woke up and did 90 minutes of yoga. I had my usual smoothie for breakfast. I'm excited to get to the gym. I go to waste some time while I am waiting for my class to start. Tomorrow is my weigh in day, hoping for a good number :). I will let you guys know how it goes. Have a…

It is why I really started mine too. This is horrible but I was sitting in my kitchen eating homemade cookies and realized wow I really need to change my lifestyle. Hence where I am now! I love watching the show, this is my first time following it and it inspires me so much. Keep up the good work! :)

I know I think about it everyday! But I find it more rewarding, I have to walk by the scale in my bathroom multiple times a day. It helped that I made a pact with my boyfriend to only weigh ourselves on Fridays. We both were a little to scale-happy and would sometimes weigh ourselves twice a day, thank goodness that is…

Hi Kaarin, maybe instead of looking at the point that you haven't lost any weight, pay attention to the fact that you have stuck with this for 17 days! That's great! If you keep working at it and believing in yourself, I know you will get there. Something that helps me take the focus off of my weight is only weighing…

Hi Everyone, My name is Brooke and I have been battling weight my whole life, I have gotten up to 200 pounds and decided it needed to change. I slowly got myself back to 190-185 range and I convinced myself I was okay with that. I realized a while ago that I am not, I just have been to lazy to start working towards a…
