yes halloween is tomorrow but where i live we do trick or treating the night before halloween. and thanks for the suggestions. i think i will eat before and take a healthy snack with me in case i get hungry. :)

you can just eliminate the salt. Salt is just used in recipes to enhance the other flavors in the food. However with bread salt acts as an inhibitor to the yeast so just watch the bread closely as it may rise a bit quicker without the salt. :)

what do you recommend for a low carb snack then? most of my carbs come from my after dinner snack. i have to have something after dinner.......any ideas?

i just started lifting heavily on the 3rd of this month. i bought a bodybugg and it says on average i burn 2700 calories. so around the same time i increased my calories(from 1000-1400) to 1600-2000. i have gained about 3-4lbs. as i started to lift more at the same time i increased my calories i do not know if i gained…

every morning i eat 3/4cup egg substitue with 1/4 cup black beans, onion, and green pepper. Topped with salsa. super yummy for about 300 calories and filled with protein

@sleepytexan- even though i am eating 1600-2400 calories my body will still store fat if i am burning more? i have upped my calories from 1000-1400 to 1600-2400 already. i gained about 4lbs but i do not know if it is from eating more or weightlifting because i started lifting at the same time.
