if you are going to bulk and then cut how many calories do you add or subtract from maintance? also if i am going to do this how often, how much, and what types of exercises do i need to do?

i eat alot of fruits, veggies, egg substitute, chicken breast, turkey, rolled oats, yogurt, fat free no sugar added ice cream for cravings. nuts, and muscle milk light for a protein drink. so if i ate at a surplus i would just eat more of these foods.

while bulking will i see a good amount of muscle definition or will i look fatter?

IF I AM CRAVING SOMETHING "FATTY" LIKE PIZZA I GET A 6IN CHICKEN BREAST WITH MARINARA SAUCE. I PERSONALLY GET MINE WITH NO CHEESE, AND I ADD GREEN PEPPERS, ONION AND JALAPENOES!!! IT IS SUPER YUMMY AND IS ABOUT 360 CALORIES.

i am in the same boat with 10lbs to lose. started lifting more and gained about 4lbs! i just keep going hoping it will start to come off again. i am 5'7 130lbs goal is 120lbs

my new favorite is spaghetti squash with marinara. if you buy low cal marinara sauce you are looking at about 200 calories for aobut 2-3 cups full. I had it for dinner tonight with chicken breast (additional calories). It is super yummy and VERY VERY filling.

i know muscle growth occurs when you have a rest day. but if i am resting from weights and do cardio on my off days is this still benificial or do i need a complete rest day?

NO need to be mean to her............i understand what you mean but you have to relize that this is unhealthy and very harmful. i have had problems with eating disorders and went through a time when i would only eat about 300calories a day and exercise 3 times a day. it go to the point were i would get dizzy and light…

i do not take any supplements but i do try to lift heavy. heavy for me anyway. if it is not muscle then what is it from. if i am burning more than i am eating should i lose?
