i would like to because sometimes i think this website makes me obsessive with calories and working out but i am to scared i will gain weight to try it!!!! i have logged since january of this year and am on 93 consecutive days. Good luck to you :)

i am set to lose 1/2lb a week as i only have 10lbs to go. i have a body bugg and i burn anywhere from 2200-3000 calories a day. i would need a 250 calorie deficit to lose my 1/2lb and i am always well below this

i am 24yrs old and 5'7. i personally do not see how you can be meant to be a certain weight. if you workout and eat healthy and less calories than you burn then you should lose

for breakfeast i had egg beaters with mushrooms, green peppers and onions, topped with fresh salsa. For lunch i had a spicy balck bean boca burger with corn and cabbage and for dinner i will have a romaine salad with grilled chicken and blck beans with pineapple salsa. YUM YUM

any other thoughts would be helpful not sure what i should do here. and a bodybugg and bodymedia fit are devices you wear on your arm that more accurratly tell you how many calories you burn a day and how many steps you take

if i drink i usually go with shots of straight liquor. you dont get the added calories of mixers and if you are trying to get drunk it doesnt take as long so you drink less. i would go with vodka and a lemon wedge or patron with a lime wedge

i wouldnt worry about it so much if you have the calories and would choose which one you wanted more! :)

i can not eat before i work out. i know many people say you should but it causes me to get immense stomach cramps and then i have to stop so i workout first thing in the morning and then have a high protein and fiber filled breakfeast right after

every morning i eat 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites, mixed with onion, green pepper, mushroom and topped with salsa. sometimes i add a light cheese wedge. It is a huge plate of food for only about 175 calories and it keeps me full until about 11 when i have a snack. (i eat lunch at 2 due to my work schedule) i have learned i…

peanut butter and honey roasted peanuts!!! i could live off of both of these and if i have a serving i can not stop. i could eat the whole jar i swear. so i just do not buy them. sadly they are both my favorite things to eat :(
