i burn anywhere from 2,200-3000 calories a day. i consume anywhere from 1,600-2,100 calories a day. almost all healthy food except the occasional treat

how do you cook a spaghetti squash? after it is cooked do you just use it to replace the pasta and then make the rest of the dish as usually? with meat and red sauce? sounds different. i want to give it a try if anyone has any suggestions!

i like to make hot cocoa with diet cocoa mix (25 cals) and unsweetened almond milk (1 cup=40cals). its yummy and the warmness makes me full for only 65 calories! and i like to cuddle up on the couch with it while i enjoy my shows at the end of the day
