  • i would like to see what others say because i have the same problem. i was not netting enough calories so i changed my goals to lose 1/2lb a week to up my calories. before i was netting less than 1000 and was never hungry. now i eat more and am always hungry! i dont get it. weight loss is confusing tricky business!
  • i know what you mean. its sometimes hard to consume that much food when you are eating healthy. if i wanted i could eat one cheeseburger and fill the gap but i am trying to eat healthy food! i was not losing any weight so i changed my goals to loss 1/2lb a week as i only have 10lbs to go

  • i am 5'7 my CW is 130lbs and my goal weight is 12olbs. no matter what though i can not lose anymore weight(i also dont gain) and my measurments stay the same. it gets frusterating sometimes but i am still working at it! i am damn deteremined!
