I just left trader joes!!! I LOVE their chicken-less chicken in barbeque sauce (i find it in the vegetable isle), better then peanut butter spread, they have a lower calorie mushroom risotto that is so YUMMY!, i also buy vegetables and fruit.

i have been on a bulk for 15 weeks now. I eat roughly 2500-2700 cals a day and aim for 200grams of protein a day......

i had a guy come up to me one time and rudely say "what are you?" well i am a mother, a daughter, a student, a bartender... what do you mean. he says no like what nationality are you......... i was dumbfounded........ there are polite ways of asking people things you kow...

i have considered upping my intake a bit but i seem to be doing good with the 2500. i have gained about 12lbs in 14weeks... next weigh in is on monday

im sorry. some people are so rude. i have a mouth when i get mad....... i would have said, "im doing what i can to workout and get healthy, what are you doing about being a rude bi*ch?

just wondering if it will really effect my bulking eating whatever soft foods i want (mainly ice cream, jello, yogurt, and protein shakes) and not working out for these four days

right now i do full body including deadlifts, squats, bench press and leg presses. then i do isolation movements with dumbells and machines. i also do some assisted pullups to get my heart rate up (i am working towards being able to do them on my own :wink: ). i do this mon, wed, fri like i said and then do cardio 30-45…

i either have dark chocolate (like 180 calories for a candy bar), diet hot cocoa, peanut butter toast, or i make a dessert using splenda instead of sugar.

i do have a bucket list and add to it reguarly and cross them off as i achieve one. a few of mine are visit the floating lantern festival in thailand, go backpacking, visit easter island, and go on a safari in africa. i LOVE traveling. :wink:
