i eat 4 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of multi grain toast topped with peanut butter and sugar free grape jelly with added fiber! i LOVE breakfest. mine is about 560 calories

very interesting read! thanks! i am trying to build muscle and i want abs... i think i eat fairly clean for the most part but am wondering if it would help to take that extra step and clean up my diet a bit more...........

i think i will continue my bulk. compatition isnt for like 18 weeks........... i am just unsure of her advice. i think i want to bulk some more before i decide to cut and see where i am at

protein is so good for you! MFP setting on protein are low. i am bulking and aim for 200 grams a day. today i had 213! :)

i am bulking so i am for 200grams of protein a day. i eat about 8 eggs a day plus lean hamburger, grilled chicken breast, greek yogurt, protein shakes, cheese and peanut butter

if i didnt eat after 6 by morning i would be chewing my arm off from starvation!!!! it doesnt really matter when you eat your calories during the day. it is more based on the calories you consume within a week

i eat about 6x a day. it is usually at a set time but that is just because my days are pretty much the same every week so my body is used to eating at these times so this is when i get hungry. ( i eat breakfest, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert)

thanks for all the input i will be reading the article a bit later. i have had people tell me i do alot of cardio while bulking but i do not want to lose my stamina. i run for 30min on tues. cycling for 45min on thur. and 45min of zumba on sat.

@eric- i dont know how to get a weight gain ticker. @ Mike- i aim for 200 grams of protein a day. i have been bulking for about 13weeks and have gained roughly 10lbs. i lift mon, wed, fri and do cardio tue. thur. sat. and rest on sunday. i have seen gains in how much i lift. i eat at a surplus everyday but sometimes i go…
