I eat peanut butter ALL the time. I am ADDICTED!!! i eat the jif natural crunchy peanut butter. it has way less sodium then other brands

i am the same way and it drives my boyfriend crazy. i hate him looking at my stomach and especially touching it. and its not just him but everyone

depending on how much you are lifting and what exercises you are doing you can burn just as many calories as doing cardio. on my full body lifting days i lift for about 65 min and burn around 300 calories

i weigh about 135lbs. and am 5'7. so you are saying to do 8 sets of 3 reps. i usually do the exact opposite with 3 sets of 8 reps lol
