I LOVE LOVE LOVE cereal and peanut butter. my all time favorite though is oreos with skim milk, but i NEVER buy them because i would eat 1/2 the container in one sitting:blushing: .... they are that good

i have checked and i used to eat here ALOT. the italian is the least. wheat and flatbread it about 10 more calories than the italian

damn i envy you that only spend like $200 a month. i spend that in a week! lol i typically spend around $600-$700 for a family of 4. (two small kids). i can not give up greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, fresh fruit and veggies, fresh meats, and eggs. even though eggs are cheap i eat a **** ton in a weeks time!!!…

I eat at least 4 eggs a day! they are an incrediable source of protein. i used to eat egg beaters but they are not natural and contain alot more sodium. eggs are actually really good for you and are VERY yummy!!!

it does not matter what time of day you eat. your body doesnt shut off after dinner. many people recommened not eating late at night because alot of people crave junk food around this time and are often times sitting in front of the TV or computer mindlessly eating (eating over cals leads to weight gain, not when you eat).…

thank you all for your useful replies and insight. i am going to stay where i am for about another 1-2 weeks and see if i get anywhere. if not i will lower cals by 100 and see where that gets me and so on..... people have told me i look smaller but the scale and my measurments are not really reflecting that :grumble:

i would starve if i ate that little and worked out 6 days a week! i gain 1lb a week eating 2400 plus exericse cals

2400 before workout calories on my bulk. i am at 2000 now but am only eating 1800 net. i was thinking of lowering it but since i am netting under my total calories already i am not sure? if i lower it to 1800-1900 and then eat all that back i will be eating about the same as i do now. does that make sense? lol

i manually set it to 2000 calories. i was gaining 1lb a week on my bulk with 2400 cals. so i lowered it to 2000 cals. but i am only netting 1800 after exercise. i am 5'7 and weigh 148lbs now. i workout for 45-70min 6 days a week. i have two children and am a bartender for 10hrs on monday and friday and 4hours tues-thurs.…
