I AM 5'7. MY HIGHEST WAS 150LBS. LOWEST 115LBS. I GOT DOWN TO 125 USING MFP BUT THEN DECIDED TO BULK. I WENT BACK UP TO 149. I AM NOW CUTTING. I WOULD LIKE TO BE AROUND 120 BUT IT JUST DEPENDS ON HOW I LOOK AND FEEL AND SINCE I AM BUILDING MUSCLE I MAY END UP WEIGHING MORE WHEN I GET TO THE SIZE I WANT TO BE. GOOD LUCK

teeth freak me out. If i see someone brushing their teeth i get sick to my stomach. i have no clue why. i can not even stand it on tv. if i someone is brushing their teeth on tv i have to turn the channel. i can not even help my kids brush their teeth. it makes me sick!

i think the drinking is going to be more my problem. i want some mamosas and pina colodas on the beach. i can choose wisley when eating but its not a vacation without the drinks! and the calories add up quick!

this might actaully work? cut until i go and then bulk while gone (they have a weight room and i am taking my supplements and protein powder with) then return to my cut when i get back? this may be plasable

i think i am more worried about deserts and alcohol. i will watch my intake while eating and choose healthier options but pina coladas on the beach are a must!! and of course a delish dessert to share with the hubby! i am freaking out and i think it is scarring me more because i am cutting and trying to maintain muscle…
