my update and a little help please? :)

i ate like garbage yesterday for the super bowl and probably exceeded a million calories. now that i got that out of my system today i start my cutting phase. for bulking i was set at 2400 calories plus exercise cals. i dropped it down to 2000 today plus exercise cals to start. ( dont want to start off starving ) that puts me at about .2lb loss a week. i am going to continue to lift heavy for about 3 days a week and will be adding in some more cardio. is there any other ideas or suggestions any one has for cutting? i am worried though because right in the middle of my cut phase i will be going on vacation to cost rica!! aggghhh.... wish me luck :)
