I have a friend who was severely overweight and suffered from sleep apnea. He had difficulty losing weight even while at a pretty severe caloric deficit. Once he got a handle on the sleeping issue he made much better progress.

haha I was just trying to figure this out and I think ive got it. 1.) If I eat 900 calories I will not lose weight unless I exercise... 2.) if i eat the OP's diet of between 1200-1700 cals I will go into starvation mode.. 3.) if i eat my 600 calories over 6 evenly spaced 100 calorie meals my body will burn off the calories…

Why do bodybuilders inject themselves with insulin pre and post workout?

People are just ignorant, give it time and when her diet fails I doubt she will say a word to you especially when you have obvious results.

as long as it fits into your macros its fine.

I drink a lot of coffee, diet soda, and sugar Free Rockstars on most given days in addition to usually 8 16.9 oz water bottles and have had no problems.

1.) Do not fear carbs 2.) Try for mostly whole food, but if it is a choice between a protein shake and nothing drink the shake. 3.) You should a lot of water anyway

The anticipation is the worst part, I had all 4 out at once and I could've gone to work the next day. I ate ice cream for the first few days then went back to normal.

I think its because it involves stabilizing 2 separate things as opposed to just 1.

I used to think that way at one point in time. Achieved much better results from eating post workout.

Bulking is when you eat at a surplus (take a peek at my diary if you'd like as that is my current goal) whilst cutting is when you eat at a deficit in an effort to lose fat.
