I think so, find one that is german creapure as the ingredient
-
It is not bad for you, that is a old wives tale. It is 100% not addictive as its not a drug and causes no problems when you stop.
-
You can, I do not. I do not buy into the "loading phase" and all that. I have done that in the past and I notice no difference doing it this way.
-
I wouldn't. The protocol that works for me is 10 grams in my post workout shake. I dont use anything fancy, just plain Mono. Optimum Nutrition mono is high quality Creapure*
-
It will not make you fat. People use it while cutting all the time.
-
I sometimes eat more than 100 grams in a meal and have been doing fine.
-
I have been curious about this for a while. Personally, I do get sore, but I know a guy who is incredibly strong/fit who told me he very rarely gets sore. He uses zero supplements, just drinks chocolate milk post workout.
-
No, it does not.
-
It is really all about diet and body fat %.
-
2nd, my gf is a genetic research scientist and we have at least 4 different flavors of diet soda at all times.
-
That just makes sense, if someone is overweight and eats below maint cals their body will use the body fat for fuel.
-
Before reading about it on this site I had never heard the term starvation mode before, I think it was invented here.
-
optimum, and i buy whatever whole grain pasta the store has

Listen to your body, the amount you are drinking is fine though.
-
and are those guys doing full body workouts?
-
you grow while you rest not while your working out.
-
100% agree with you.

I used cissus for a shoulder issue and I feel it helped starting around the 6 week mark or so. It was not a huge difference but was cheap purchased in bulk powder so I felt it was worth it.
-
If you are doing full body 3x a week you may not be pushing yourself, that is not enough recovery time. Rest is very important.
-
Why not?
-
Ill tell you their routine at the gym. Day 1: Chest/biceps repeat

Thanks, Im familiar with IF, but this seems like it would be a completely different experience.....For myself at least.
-
I am interested to know if the book cites any long term studies. I would give a lot of credit to someone who maintained that diet for a year or more and are not incarcerated.
-
Basically all those things you mentioned sound like fad diets. Don't mean to burst your bubble, just being honest.
-
Make sure you give it time to heal. I had a bad shoulder injury and it took me a very long time to get a handle on it.
-
right on DrBro, haha

Typical, people seem to criticize what they do not understand. Id be willing to bet you that at least one of the same people will approach you and ask for your help.
