I've done both and prefer 30 day shred because it's not such a huge time commitment each day.

I do the same. I watch what I eat for lunch and breakfast. For dinner I eat with the family, but watch my portions.

I'm not doing the 30 day shred with you all, I'm on Level 2...my question is what size weights do you all use? I use 3 and 5 pounders...depending on the exercise.

if you want to cheat, plan it in your calories...that way you won't go too over board, but still get what you want!

don't worry if it takes a while...I have two kiddos. It took me 2 years to lose all the weight with my first and 18 months to lose all the weight with the second. Right now focus on being the best mom you can, take it slow, it will happen.

I've wondered the same thing. I've entered it under 20 minutes of circuit training general. Not sure though...

I also do the 30 day shred. The great thing about that program is that it is only 20 minutes!!!... but is still a great work out.
