I too have this problem, but I do have three kids. Kegels do help, but haven't taken the problem away entirely. I try to exercise in the morning when I've just got out of bed. I haven't drank any water all night and it tends to help. Also, sometimes I just have to wear a pad. I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

I do Jillian Michels yoga melt down. It has an easy workout and an advanced workout. To be honest the easy one is still tough, but I really like it.

I do it and yes it is hard! I totally get my sweat on too. It's an exercise that makes my back pain not so intense.

I like to put mine in a crockpot and cover it with salsa. Serve it on a bed of rice...yumm!

Finished level 1...down 3 pounds! Not sure if I'm going to move on to level 2 yet...

Today was my day 7. I took the weekend off. I will finish Level 1 on Friday. I might have to do it again...we'll see.

what weights is everyone using? I'm using 5 pounders. The last time I did the 30 day shred I was 30 pounds lighter....I feel like I'm going to die. How's everyone else doing? I may have to do level 1 twice....we'll see.

This is the first morning I've been able to get up and exercise. I was able to nurse my baby before hand and she went back to sleep. The other kids slept in...it was great to have a little time for me!

I'm an Idaho girl, born and raised. I don't live there anymore though. I grew up in Bear Lake. I have basically the same goal as you, but I'm still waiting to have a baby. It should be any day now!

I grew up with one and loved it! I jumped probably almost daily during the summer. We loved to sleep out on it at night too!

yes, he does. I am currently pregnant with our third child. Through each pregnancy and when it is time to lose the weight, he has been so kind and helpful. He tries to give me time to exercise. He knows I'm happier when I exercise and lose the baby weight. Right now it's hard knowing I weigh more than him, but he doesn't…

I weigh less, except for when I'm pregnant...which is now....can't wait to get rid of this baby weight!
