I bought some hand weights and a Jilliam Michaels DVD. I actually enjoyed trying it yesterday...it was tough but keeps the workout under 30 minutes which is nice.…
  • Not sure if you might like this, but my hubby and I love this spinach and chicken quiche. Google the recipe. If you like quiche, make one with any low carb ingredients (meat, cheese, veggies, eggs)... it doesn't feel like diet food at all :smile:
