When i started working out i lost my appetite and was only eating about 1000 cals a day. Still never hungry. I now eat 6 times a day. Just throw in 2 heavy snacks. My fav is an englit h muffin with pb and j. Puts an easy 300 cals on the board.

As a medical user ( California) advances in strain reasearch and specialized strains have created marijuana for specific needs. If you can not sleep- makes you sleep. Omg! FISHING! I stand in moving water in hip weighters. I have to balance myself, repeated casting for arm movement and due to my extra large self i burn about 400 cals an hour.

Ran my numbers for the first time and was suprised twice! 1) my numbers appalled me! Ham and spinach omelette. 3 egg whites 1 oz string cheese 2 oz low sodium ham 1 chopped green onion 5 button mushrooms 1/4 cup red bell pepper 2 cups baby spinach Mrs. Dash to taste 2 tlbs salsa. And a side of 1 cup strawberries I workout befor breakfast and always attempt to eat back at least 50% of my extra cals.

Nuts, nuts, nuts. I was in the same boat a posted about it. Several folks said to add about 4 oz lof nuts. Not alot of foosto stuff in a full tummy, good fats and high calories.

I have lost 15 pounds in 4 months, most befor starting here.
