My husband and i are gold miners and 6 months of the year we travel from claim to claim I just started this journey but have bought a jump rope, a kettle bell that you fill with sand to adjust the weight and a yoga mat. Just let it go. Put a note on your food log so you remember what you had. When you close put your log make a comment so your friemds know and work out a bit extra tomarrow:tongue:

Here is an ab killer. 1 minute plank 30 crunches 30 butterfly kicks ( left up right up- one rep) 30 leg lifts 30 bicycle kicks ( left right- one rep) :sad:

Google flappy arms. There are several at home no equipment exercise that will tone your arms so as you loose fat you will be more defined. Keep away from any sites that " target" arm weight lose. It dosnt work that way.

This is a temp fix but it works for me... till i start working out in public anyways. Really all this dose is muffle the sound so my belly fat can not be heard clapping all over the house. Our asparagus will be harvested this year. Tons of herbs, tomato, garlic, beans, greens, lots of tuber and root. Mouth watering already for fresh blue and raspberries, watermelon yumm. If you need any organic gardening tips i can help. Have be practicing organic gardening for years.

U can still eat burgers, just lighten them up! This is how i eat them at least once a week! 3 oz 90/10 lean ground beef, whole wheat toetilla, spinach, light mayo, katsup and mustard, onions, tomato and 1 oz chedder cheese comes to about 350 cals. Planks are awsome! I was very weak in my arms when i started doing them so i did 10 sec on 10 sec off for one minute 3 x during my work out. I am now up to 40 sec on 10 sec off 3x per workout. They Strength up ur arms sholders back tummy butt and legs. I dont know what is recommened but i recommend hearing what your body…
