double chin question.
My face is thinning and my double chin is about half the size as when i started. I am 40 so my skin is not as good as it use to be. As my chin shrinks, i am finding that it looks like an empty skin sack flapping under my chin. Will this tighten up much? How long did it take for yours to tighten up? I hate the way it makes…

Finally, I am able to do workouts again. I am looking for a good challenge to warm myself back into exercising. The back is still sensitive so I have to take it easy. If anyone has any suggestion s please let me know thank you.

hurt my ankle need exercises.
Hay all. I was on my daily walk this morning and rolled my ankle. It is pretty messed up and think it will be a few days before i can take my exercise walks again. I need some cardio that will not involve jumping standing to much ect. I workout at home and own no equipment or videos. Thanks.

cant eat enough
I am exercising about 500 cals away a day with an 1800+ plan. I am eating very well, never hungry and full of energy. I want to eat more to meet my cal goal but my net cals hover around 1200 a day.
