people who were 300 lbs or more- need your opinion!

First off, hi. I am at the begining of my 6 th week and am concerned about the amount of weight i lost in my 5 th week. 9.3 lbs. I was wondering if this is because i have so much to loose or whar. If you look at my food diary i know it is a bit low and i have tried to make adjustments but when i eat when i am full it makes me feel luke crap.
Hight 5'8
current weight 274.3
Starting weight 301
Food intake( est) 1800-2200 cals per day
Cals lost to exercise 500-800 ish
I have also lost 2 inches off my waist and hips and one inch off m hips and thigh.

Yes, the first few weeks the weight will fall off a lot faster and you will burn more calories when you exercise. Once you get closer to your goal it will slow down.0
