I exercise at home. There's no extra money so I can't afford weights and things like that. I downloaded videos from YouTube and I do those daily. I also walk and do yoga. Iwant to start doing some strength training but don't know what to do without being able to afford weights. So my question is, how do I do weight training at home without access to weights.

Google "You Are Your Own Gym" and/or "Convict Conditioning". For that matter, Google "bodyweight exercises". There are plenty of ways to do strength training that don't involve weights - you just need a way to make sure you're progressively increasing the resistance as you get stronger. When you get to the point that you can do 3 sets of 10 handstand pushups and one-armed pull-ups with a weight hanging from your waist, then you're probably maxing out and it's time to find a way to work weights into the equation.

Lest I be misconstrued, let me say that lifting weights is my preferred form of strength training - but for those who just don't have access to them (or don't like lifting weights), bodyweight training provides plenty of options. There are people who have developed great physiques with bodyweight training.
