scale ups and downs

First off, i am not stressed about my weight gain. I expected it as i began doing body weight training 2 weeks ago
So my weight being up is a good thing, i am getting stronger. My question is do i log both my ups and my downs in weight?

    Completely up to you. Most people I know don't. I only log in my weight once a week and once I was up and I just chose not to log my weight for that week.
