your first day of bootcamp...

I did my first day of bootcamp today and OH MY GOD! I feel like *ss. How long did it take you to feel better?

    Stick with it and you will feel better/ The first week is usually the worse.

    The first week is the worst, and each week gets better. I'm on my third month of bootcamp. Each month has a different routine on Tuesdays and Thursdays where we do a lifting. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are different each time. Mixing it up keeps you from being bored and makes sure that you get a full body workout by the weeks end. Keep at it and you will get amazing results. Ice and Aleve will be your friends. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and keep an eye on your protein to rebuild those muscles. If you step on the scale frequently, you will not notice a weight loss until you have had a day or two of rest as the muscles are sore and swollen. That means you are retaining water. And since you are building muscle and burning fat the scale may not move as much as you would like. The best way to track your progress is by your body fat %. Good Luck!
