I look at what they are wearing. You can tell alot about someone by what shoes they wear. And of course their face, smile, teeth, and hair... And their fingernails. If they are cut and clean! Hmmm, guess I'm kinda picky... :smile:

Wow, it doesn't sound like you are on a weightloss plan. Sounds like a body-building plan. You need to be eating less calories if you want to loss weight. Try 1800 for a few weeks and see if that works?

I eat applesauce and string cheese. Try and find a lean protein (hard boiled egg, low fat yogurt, light cheese, fat free hot dog etc) to eat along with a fruit. It makes a good snack! And the protein helps to keep you full longer.

I agree... don't worry about going over in protein. Just get your calories in.

I think that if you fully stick to your diet, with no cheating, you'll lose weight faster. BUT, I also think if you have ONE bite of a cookie, just for the taste of it, you'll probably be okay.
