  • I recently made breaded pork chops using corn flakes. I trimmed them of as much fat as I could. Then I dipped in flour, then egg, then corn flakes. I know this is crazy, but we like to eat them with hot sauce. The breading did not add as many calories as I thought.

  • The best thing I have done for myself is add and increase my fruits and vegetables. I try to limit my processed foods ( Esp. processed carbs, crackers, breakfast bars, breads etc.) You can get a lot of food with fruits and vegetables for less calories. And the nutritional benefit might help kick your metabolism into gear.…

  • If you do not eat back all your exercise calories, your Net will be below your Goal. Net is your actual food consumption minus your exercise calories.
  • I just did it this way, and mine updated. You can go back in there and check to see if it has your new weight. If it has your new weight in there, but your ticker still did not update, try logging out and logging back in and see if it updates.

  • I think WW is about 50 calories per point. Some things were more and some were less, but that was the general guideline. I tried it last year, but have had much more success with MFP!!

  • I totally agree... Weight Watcher's meetings always seemed to focus on how to feed your bad habits without going over points.... low cal, fat free, and sugar free, and not always healthy. I love MFP and have had much greater success already than the same amount of time on WW last year, and this is FREE!
