Have you tried PBfit? It might be a good replacement. It is 55 calories for 2 TBSP. It is powder and you mix with water! Same delicious taste without the oil.

When you go to Chipotle, they are both good! LOL Black beans are better overall though... more fiber and a bit more nutrition, but eating either is good!

Whole foods, from nature. Any prepared foods would be not highly processed. So some ice cream would be better than others! ;)

For me it depends how vigorous it was... if I work up a sweat, or am tired. I give myself some credit. I figure if could use the calories to keep me from going under calorie. Just regular everyday sweeping, vaccuuming, wiping cupboards and doing laundry, dishes etc, no. Steam cleaning all the carpets, raking the lawn,…

Yes totally doable. I started at 223 in january and have lost 28 so far. Last couple months have been slower due to joint problems with exercising. Add me! I am 49 and have a ways to go. I'd be happy to support you on MFP!! :) Laura

When my kids were little, I would take the 10-15 minutes for myself and shower. If the baby was up I made sure they were fed and dry, but after that I would take my shower if I needed it. I would put them in a baby seat right in the bathroom with some hanging toys to look at or a binkie or music. I would hop in the shower,…

Sometimes those baby carrots are really tiny and sometimes they are so fat.... All in all you can not go to wrong if you overeat a few... it might be 5 or 10 extra calories. Not a day breaker and at least you are eating well. You could also see if the package has the weight and divide it up... if it is a 1 pound pack, that…

Mmmmm! Sounds good. I would like to add some mushrooms and zucchini chunks near the end (so they don't get too mushy)

I have had that feeling when regnant too. I craved Sunny D (which I normally hate) and French Vanilla Cappucino with my last pregnancy. And Chips and Fries. And Colby Jack cheese. WEIRD. I also liked cold things like slushies. How about a smoothie? I could stomach these.... equal amounts of some kind of milk (i used…

No, One cup of turkey is just that, the turkey that would fit in a one cup measuring cup. Cups measures fluid ounces, which is volume. This is not the same as the weight in ounces measured on a scale.

Exercise is good. Also, I have days (like today,) that I go over, but I try to balance it with a couple light days. I am never over by a lot, so it is not hard. If you went crazy over, then it is harder to balance your days out. I try to look at the week as a whole, so that my average is about what I should be eating every…

I find the more I stay away from processed foods the easier it is (I know that sounds crazy! processed foods are convenience and ease) The more whole foods I eat... fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, nuts and seeds, and things like plain rice (seasoned up with herbs etc), plain pasta, simpler dairy products (like vanilla…

I went to the Dairy Queen, just in case... hot fudge with nuts... but it was after 6 pm, so I was pretty sure I was gonna have to log it! LOL! (and I worked hard yesterday, so I was still under....)

I usually make sure I am in the red. I shoot for the recommended amount as a minimum.

Yep. That's me! It's a good thing though 'cause I am losing!!

Agree on the diary! It woudl help to help you if it was viewable. Maybe you need to lower your daily calories a little, as long as that does not put you too low. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of fluids, water especially. Stay away from processed food with lots of sodium. And exercise helps, even a short walk.…

Wow! Amazing! Great work! You starting and ending are almost the same as mine. I am just curious how tall you are. You give me inspiration!! :))))))) Just saw your height as 5'3"... I am 5'5.5 and wondering if 130 is a realistic goal for me. We'll see!!

Maybe just picking up some fresh fruits and veggies to supplement what you have in the pantry. make the meal you want, but eat less of that and more fruits and veggeis on the side. And LOTS of water before you eat.

I love it! Last week, I put on my favorite jeans that were TIGHT when I started. If I had put something heavy in the front pockets they would have fallen off. LOL! So glad to retire them!

Stir "steam" some veggies like broccoli, zucchini, peppers, onions, asparagus and then top with a little cheese or some stir fry sauce. I love Thai Peanut Sauce! (Stir steam is just using a frying pan and you just keep adding small amount of water while you stir up the vegetables.)

I have 5 ages 4 to 18... feel free to add me!

WOW that is crazy. I went to the site to see, because I almost couldn't believe it!. Canitas with the shell is 170... each. it says the shells are fried. :( Looks like they calculated a full ounce of cheese on each. That's about how many calories the cheese added. The other toppings were low cal. I hate when you order…

I find I am less discouraged if I don't have to struggle with what to eat or prepare. I find if I take a hour or two to shop/prepare for the week, and I have things on hand that are easy to mix and match, I have a better time staying on track. I find it helpful to keep veggies cut up and cooked chicken in the fridge.…

Sounds like a heat rash that kids get. Adults can get it too.

I love it. It is a motivator, and I have found it to be pretty accurate!

Good luck! Stick with this site! It works!! Love to have you as a supportive friend.

I only eat the Tinkyada rice pasta too. I have gone gluten free. Calories are about the same as regular pasta.

I used to eat some of the Smart Ones, but I always added more vegetables to them. They do not have more than a few bits, but I would just throw in some more frozen broccoli or a frozen vegetable mis on the top before microwaving (or leftover vegetables). I am off of gluten now, so I am not eating them anymore, but I…
