Oatmeal, granola bars, cereal, fruit... sometimes I'll say "screw it" and have a donut. Just depends on the day. Also, I like me some good old bacon, eggs, and breakfast potatoes every other weekend or so. If I keep the rest of the day low cal, its not a big deal. And if I eat a bigger breakfast, I'm usually not too hungry for lunch.0

I like to have scrambled egg whites (or egg beaters or a combination of both) inside of a low carb tortilla and some berries. Sometimes I have a fruit smoothie. Sometimes I have my protein shake and fruit.0

1/2 cup of oatmeal (quick oats, not instant) and 2 tbsp of peanut butter, yum! This is the lowest calorie breakfast I have found that is the most filling. It's 250 calories. I use mom's best all natural quick oats and better n peanut butter low sodium.0

Usually the Quaker Oats instant Oatmeal is my go to breakfast. I switch it up with Cherry or Apple Nutrigrain bars, a Banana, Yogurt and sometimes a toaster struedel which aren't terribly bad for you (aside from 1g trans fat).
Hope this helps

2 scrambled eggs with spinach, a nibble of cheese, some fresh fruit, and a piece of toast.
Some days oatmeal and yogurt and some fresh fruit
Some days cereal and yogurt.0 -
Rice Chex Monday-Saturday...the pancake special (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 sausage links) on Sunday. The splurge on Sunday helps me be good the rest of the week.0

I start with a sandwich.. dutch style that is. (Usually.. sometimes i just go all out on hashbrowns with cheese and egg.. on days that i just have a salad for dinner, or exercise a lot)
But my sandwich is one of two slices of whole wheat bread, then either a little bit salted butter and chocolate flakes (still only 170 calories for breakfast and still very filling) or with lunchmeat and a bit of cheese and mustard. I drink water, or a glass of milk on the side.0 -
One egg omelet with cheese and lots of vegetables, mushrooms, peppers, onions, broccoli. Top with salsa and some light sour cream. Add a piece of fruit or a piece of toast. You can add a couple egg whites if you want more egg.0

1/4 c quinoa with cinnamon, dried fruits, berries, almonds, and a hint of agave nectar. SUPER healthy, you get plenty of iron, fiber AND protein.0

Breakfast is usually quite a hearty meal for me . I like to eat really well in the morning, it keeps me going till lunch, and I am rarely hungry between meals. So : 1/3 cup oatmeal cooked with 1 cup water. To this I add: 1.5 TBSP of unsalted natural almond butter, 1 cup of blueberries or a combination of blueberries and blackberries, and 1/2 cup of strawberries. Also one packet of raw sugar ( or you could use splenda). Sometimes I replace the berries with a banana. I always have a cup of fresh brewed coffee with a tbsp or so of evaporated milk. It comes in at about 400 calories ( more on days I use the banana ). It is VERY filling and seems to give me quite an energy boost. Hope this helps0

Protein Shake. Remember protein is what keeps you fuller during the day so it lasts longer than carbs and doesn't make you hungry the way carbs can.0

On work days during the week, I either grab one of those Jimmy Dean d-lights turkey sausage croissants, some fruit or soemthing. I may grab a Fage greek yogurt, the kind with the little fruit to mix it with, of I can go naughty and juste have a blueberry muffin and milk. But during the weekend when I can finally cook something, I usually stay within the range of turkey sausages, egg whites, wheat toast and strawberries.0

Sun.: I splurge and have a veggie omelet, 2 slices of thick bacon, and a bagel with cream cheese.0 -
