I never have problems with protein. I eat an (almost) egg every day and greek yogurt is great for protein. Beans are great to add to a salad (black or garbanzo) or a veggie dish. Cottage cheese has more protein than other cheeses. Turkey burgers are good too. Easy to heat up. Hope this helps1

Sounds great! I make a egg casserole that is similar, but this is nice because it will cook faster. I have to try this for my family. Thanks for sharing! And would be yummy with some veggies added in, broccoli, mushrooms or peppers.

I am in! I will try! After 3 months of losing about 8 per month, I did not lose in April!! I am due to lose big! Starting today at 200! been at 200 since April 5th! UGH! It is my birthday Memorial Day weekend, so this would be a great birthday present to ME if I can do this!!

Freeze it is small packages so you don't have to eat it all now. You can take it out for a quick sandwich, add to an omelet or stir fry, top a pizza with it.

Yes I have noticed this too. I go to the gym in the evening, and then come home and realx for a bit before going to bed, but I am usually freezing by the time I am ready for bed. Glad you brought it up, because I was thinking it was just me!

Another idea, instead of focusing on how you look undressed, which I still find hard, because I have a way to go too, but I do look at myself dressed up with better fitting clothes, and notice how I am not pulling and tugging my clothes, and how they fit so much better.
