  • I can relate! Ive also lost about the same amount and I feel like ppl are just starting to notice, which has been frustrating. After looking at your pics, I can def tell that you have lost weight, and I think it shows especially in your stomach area and hips. KEEP up the GREAT work!!!

  • I have Rockin Body and I LOOOVVVEE it! It is fun and the workouts vary in difficulty and length, which I like. When I first began doing his workouts, I couldn't believe how they kicked my butt, but now I've had to do the 45 min video and his ab video, because I needed to step it up. Love Shaun T !! Def worth the money!!

  • There is always about 3 days out of every month where I want to splurge on things that I know are not good for me. I allow myself to have those things, but I adjust my exercise to balance it out.
