My newest addiction is Walden Farms zero calorie Sesame Seed salad dressing! I love it because I don't have to waste calories or skimp on dressings and it makes my salads delicious ! The company also makes zero calorie ketchup, Mae syrup, chocolate syrup, and several other dressings.

Not busy at all! Our gym is part of a club and is really hidden, so many people don't know about it and those who do think its expensive (It's not! Ya, weird, right? Something in cow's milk (like casein or lactose) is really irritating his stomach. So that means I have to cut it out of my diet. I can't eat anything with dairy or whey...so no regular milk (I drink lactaid now), no yogurt, no cheese, no chocolate, no nada. Seriously the hardest diet ever!

Oh I take it 3x a day! I make a batch of iced tea and add 2 sweet N lows, 1-2 teaspoon Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, and some lemon. It's absolutely delicious! (My Fiance does it similarly. He uses green tea, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Still good!)
