L2D2 complete! Taking yesterday off from not feeling well was the best decision! I slept like 12 hrs and woke up refreshed and feeling much better! Level 2 is a beast! I'm trying my best, but I do have to take a few seconds on some of those moves to keep going. Every day will get a little better!

Finished day 8! It was a rough one for me today since I didn't get much sleep. My right quad was hurting, not just muscle burn, but sharp pain hurt today, but I pushed through. Just finished! I cleaned my house for 6 hrs today and then just decided to get it done right after. So glad I did. Now to just relax and unwind the rest of the night. I feel so accomplished this week!

Killed it today! Best day so far! I feel AMAZING! I was convinced I was taking a rest day today, but you girls that a rockin it made me push through! So glad I did! Kira, my husband and son were there when I was doing my workout today also and it really helped push me to do even better!

Great job sticking with it an moving on! I just finished L1D5, I'm gonna stick with it for five more days. I've read a lot of people don't like L2, but they really like L3. Keep it up! People like you that are ahead keep me inspired to keep going!

Completed! My legs were hurting pretty good during the static lunges today and I was hating JM, but I pushed through and by the 2nd circuit I was loving it! I feel so accomplished! Completed! Today felt great! I can definitely see my stamina improving. I did a post workout stretching yoga session and it made ne feel even better. That's the only thing about the 30DS I'm not liking, is the lack of a thorough cool down stretch. Other then that it's fantastic!

You girls that do anything extra are amazing! I am so sore after day 2 I can't imagine doing anything else. I'm going to just stick to the 30DS and see where that gets me. Maybe after the soreness settles down, I can think about adding something else in, but probably will just stick to this.

I used my 3lb weights and was happy I did for the anterior raises with side lunges! Although I think I can use my 5's for the chest presses. I'll stick with that until it gets easier then bump it up.
